Madeleine Skains, a senior at California State University, Fullerton, will be graduating with honors as a Broadcast Journalism major with a minor in Spanish language.
As a transfer student from Saddleback Community College, Madeleine has had the chance to become involved on campus as Vice President of External Affairs for the communication honor society, Lambda Pi Eta, as well as representing the honor society in SOAR-CICC.
Currently as an intern for the Orange County Register, Madeleine hopes to immerse herself into the journalism industry whether it is entertainment or travel.
This past trip to Vietnam has opened her eyes to what a wonderful career journalism can be and all the opportunities it can provide you to grow as a professional as well as a well-rounded individual.
